5. Service availability

We work hard to keep Neureka available, but outages and scheduled maintenance may occur. Certain beta or preview features may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Neureka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenues, or data.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the Irish courts unless we mutually agree on another forum.
